What is a credit?+
A credit is the unit of estimating work. A typical UK construction tender uses ~10 to 60 credits end-to-end depending on tender size — covering BOQ analysis, blueprint extraction, quantities, pricing, and spec risk audit. Lighter operations like Assistant queries cost a fraction of a credit each. Every action shows the per-action estimate before you commit, and the running balance is always visible in the top bar.
Do credits expire?+
Monthly subscription credits roll over for 90 days. Starter pack credits and top-ups are valid for 12 months. Cancelled subscriptions: existing credits stay valid until their normal expiry.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
A top-up prompt appears before the next AI action — no plan change required. In-flight workflows always finish; only the next action is blocked.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes — switch between Pro and Scale anytime from Settings → Billing. Stripe handles proration automatically. Starter is one-off; upgrade to Pro or Scale to add monthly credits.
How does the trial work?+
14-day Pro trial with 75 free credits. Card required at signup but not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before day 15 with no charge.
