Estimates run on credits. A typical tender (SoW analysis, blueprint extraction, quantities, pricing and audit) runs roughly 10 to 60 credits depending on tender size. You pay for the work you run, with no per-user seat fees and no long-term contract.

What is a credit?+
A credit is the unit of estimating work. A typical UK construction tender uses roughly 10 to 60 credits end to end depending on tender size, covering SoW analysis, blueprint extraction, quantities, pricing and spec risk audit. Lighter operations like Assistant queries cost a fraction of a credit each. Every action shows the per-action estimate before you commit, and the running balance is always visible in the top bar.
Do credits expire?+
Monthly subscription credits (Starter, Pro and High Volume) roll over for 90 days. Top-ups are valid for 12 months. If you cancel a subscription, existing credits stay valid until their normal expiry.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
A top-up prompt appears before the next AI action, with no plan change required. In-flight workflows always finish, only the next action is blocked.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. Switch between Starter, Pro and High Volume anytime from Settings, Billing. The change is prorated and your credits carry over to the new plan automatically.
How does the trial work?+
A 14-day Pro trial with 75 free credits. A card is required at signup but not charged until day 15. Cancel anytime before day 15 with no charge.
Is there an Enterprise plan?+
